Teaching Assistants required ASAP

Mon – Fri 27 hours per week – TTO + INSET (39 weeks)

Salary – Sc4 (points 19 – 21) £22,858 to £24,082 pro rata, actual salary £15,045 per annum

Sydenham School are seeking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants. The successful candidates will assist the Inclusion Team in addressing the needs of our students to overcome barriers to learning and supporting them to achieve their full potential.

You will be working in our Inclusion Faculty and across the school under the guidance of teaching staff and our SENCO. You will provide support in addressing the needs of students who require particular help to make sustained or improved progress.

We are keen to receive applications from experienced Teaching Assistants and graduates interested in a career in Education. If you have general classroom teaching assistant experience, experience in EAL and/ or behaviour experience we would like to hear from you.

Sydenham School is an 11-16 girls’ school with a mixed sixth form, popular and well regarded in the local community, with a fully comprehensive intake. Voice  Tutor

7 hours per week

£26.43 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Peripatetic Teacher of Voice 7 hours per week (1 day per week), to work for us from September 2018. You will be joining a thriving and successful Music Department within our Performing Arts Faculty. Applicants should be prepared to teach individuals/pairs, contribute to extracurricular enrichment activities and provide support at termly concerts and exams.
